• Initial Share Capital of Php 500.00(succeeding payments shall be Php 100.00 only)
• Initial Mortuary Fund of Php 100.00 for dependent(succeeding payment is based on actual claims)
• CLIMBS Mortuary Insurance for members of Php 220.00 annually
